Yula Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the Yula mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Yula, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be legally permitted to use the Service in their jurisdiction.
2. User Accounts
- Users may sign in with email/password or supported third-party providers.
- Users are responsible for account credentials and activity on their account.
- We may suspend/terminate accounts that violate law, policy, or these Terms.
3. Service Description
Yula allows users to submit dream descriptions and related inputs to generate AI-assisted comic content, interpretations, and journal experiences.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, abuse systems, or generate unlawful content.
5. User Content
Users retain rights in content they submit, while granting Yula a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. AI Output
AI output may be imperfect or unavailable. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid features may require subscription.
- Pricing, trials, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown at purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Users manage/cancel subscriptions in Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and related branding/software are owned by Yula or its licensors and protected by law.
9. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by the Yula Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
Users may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yula is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if no payment was made.
13. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms over time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Yula's operating jurisdiction, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
