Yula Account and Data Deletion
Yula allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.
In-App Deletion
If available in the current app version, users can delete their account from: Settings -> Delete Account.
What Is Deleted
- User account record
- Saved comics and generated image references
- Journal entries
- User preferences and settings data
- Authentication account access, subject to provider requirements
Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
If In-App Deletion Is Unavailable
Users can request deletion by emailing vebestostudio@gmail.com with the account email and platform details.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after identity verification.
